1.Bachelor degree or above,major in metal materials science and other related disciplines,with product development experience and achievements;
2.Be familiar with the application development process and management of light alloy products(titanium/aluminum/magnesium,etc.);
3.Be familiar with the structural design and processing technology of light alloy products;
4.Flexible thinking,like to ponder and study new things and new products.
5.Have certain working experience,age is not limited(including retirees).
