The 2017 magnesium lithium alloy technology development and application exchange meeting was successfully held in Shanghai Aerospace Science and technology exchange center
In October 2012,Xi'an Sifang ultralight Materials Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Sifang)promoted ultralight magnesium lithium alloy materials in the eighth Academy of Aerospace Science and technology.In the past five years,some new products and new models of units have been put into trial use and a large number of application tests have been conducted,and good results have been achieved.
Magnesium lithium alloy was successfully applied to the"pujiang-1"satellite launched on September 25,2015.
In October 2016,the first national standard of magnesium lithium alloy in China-magnesium lithium alloy ingot(GB/t33141-2016),drafted by Sifang company,was officially released,filling the gap in the standard of magnesium lithium alloy materials in China.Three new magnesium lithium alloys produced by Sifang company have been included in the national standard of magnesium alloys,wrought magnesium and magnesium alloy grades and chemical compositions(GB/t5153-2016).
On December 22,2016,China successfully launched the high-resolution micro nano satellite in the first global carbon dioxide monitoring scientific experimental satellite.The structural parts are all made of magnesium lithium alloy materials,with obvious weight reduction effect,filling the gap in the application of the main structural parts of China's magnesium lithium alloy satellite.
The main structure of a certain satellite of Shenzhen Haite Dongfanghong Satellite Co.,Ltd.fully uses magnesium lithium alloy.
Magnesium lithium alloy is used for some parts of the deep space exploration project of the fifth Aerospace Research Institute.
No.618 Institute of AVIC,No.14 Institute of China electric power and No.205 Institute have started to verify and apply.
With the rapid development of China's aerospace industry,magnesium lithium alloy will play a greater role.In order to better serve all units of Shanghai Aerospace Research Institute,Sifang held the"2017 ultra light magnesium lithium alloy technology development and application exchange meeting"at Shanghai Aerospace Science and technology exchange center on the morning of June 8,2017.45 people from the chief model engineer,design,process,quality,materials and other relevant personnel of the eighth Institute of Shanghai Aerospace Science and technology attended the exchange meeting.Wang Rui,manager of the quality and Technology Department of the company,reported the development of the company in recent years from three aspects:production capacity of magnesium lithium alloy,mechanical processing of magnesium lithium alloy and surface treatment of magnesium lithium alloy;Chai donglang,professor and doctoral supervisor of Xi'an Jiaotong University,and Han Baifeng,general manager of Sifang company,had an in-depth discussion with you on some specific problems in the application of magnesium lithium alloy in spacecraft.The meeting achieved good results and achieved the expected objectives.
