Among them,Chai donglang,the technical leader of our R&D team,holds a master's degree in materials,a doctor's degree in solid mechanics,and a professor in the school of materials of Xi'an Jiaotong University.He is also the director of"new material technology laboratory","metal nanotechnology research room","public service center of engineering technology"and"Key Laboratory of light metals and composites"of Suzhou Research Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University;Chairman of Shaanxi society of materials and heat treatment,director of Shaanxi society of mechanical engineering,member of Academic Committee,chairman of heat treatment professional committee of typical parts of national society of materials and heat treatment,chairman of physical metallurgy Professional Committee of national society of materials and heat treatment,director of micro analysis branch of China stereoscopic society,and executive director of national society of materials and heat treatment.For many years,he has been engaged in the research of material strength,steel strengthening and toughening mechanism,alloy steel design and development,light-weight high-strength materials and composite materials design and preparation process.
